GEEE 2023 counselling dates will be announced soon on the official website. Candidates have to apply for counselling process for each of the colleges. Candidates will appear for GD/PI of each college separately. The registration fee has to be paid separately for each college. GEEE 2023 Counselling Process
The counselling process of the GEEE 2023 has three stages:
Stage 1: Document Submission
The candidates must carry the following original documents to the counselling hall:
- 10th Mark Sheet
- 10th Passing Certificate
- 12th Mark Sheet
- 12th Passing Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Gap year affidavit if applicable
- Character Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- 8 Passport size photo
- GEEE 2023 Admit card
- Copy of payment receipt/ demand draft.
Stage 2: Choice filling and Submission
The candidate will have to fill in the course of his/ her choice as per seat availability. He/ she may fill in for a maximum number of seats.
Stage 3: Seat Allotment
The Galgotias University GEEE 2023 will divide seats to candidates as per the availability and preferences. The Candidates have to pay a certain amount of money as the counselling fee during the counselling process of GEEE 2023.
Note:
- Candidates are requested to bring all above-mentioned document (Photocopies and also original) for verification.
- Candidates have to pay the GEEE 2023 Counselling Fee in DD in favour of "Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh" payable at Delhi/Noida/Greater Noida. Candidates have to write their Name, Course and Application ID behind the DD.
- Allotment of course once made is final and it cannot be changed later.
