IGNOU OPENMAT 2023 Eligibility criteria to write any exams. Non-eligible candidates will not be allowed to fill up the application form and write the exam. The candidate must be completed a minimum of a three-year graduate degree from any recognized university with 50% in academics. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with 50% marks for the general category/ 45% for the reserved category as per Government of India rules.

IGNOU OPENMAT 2023 Foreigners Eligibility Criteria
The foreign students who are residing in India have a valid student visa for the minimum duration of the program are eligible for admission to IGNOU OPENMAT 2023 programs.
The foreign students residing in India will be processed by the International Division of the University after ensuring their documents from the Ministry of External Affairs/ Ministry of Human Resource Development.
