Karnataka PGCET 2024 Notification: Dates, Schedule, Application

Karnataka PGCET 2024 notification has been released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority on their official website, https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/. According to the notification, the date for the Karnataka PGCET online application has been extended to Jul 7, 2024, and the window has been reopened.

Because of the extension of the online application process, the Karnataka PGCET 2024 have been postponed until further notice by the authorities. The PGCET examinations were earlier scheduled to be conducted on Jul 13 and 14, 2024, in an offline mode. This state-level examination helps candidates obtain a seat in M.Tech, MBA, MCA, ME, and M.Arch courses.

Candidates must note that now they can edit and rectify their application process through the reopened window. For the application editing process, the authorities have released a separate ‘Application Correction Window’. The Karnataka PGCET Admit Card 2024 will be released on Jul 4, 2024.

• Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of Karnataka Examinations Authority at https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.
• Step 2: After scrolling a little downwards, the candidates will be able to locate the section for ‘Latest Announcements’, which includes notifications for PGCET, UGCET, and DCET examinations.
• Step 3: Candidates need to click on the PGCET notification they wish to proceed with.
• Step 4: The candidates who have already registered need to login through their valid login credentials. Whereas, The unregistered candidates have to register as new users, with required information.
• Step 5: Once logged in, candidates will be able to access the official notifications on their screens.

As mentioned above, the date for completing the online application process has been extended to Jul 7, 2024. Additionally, the candidates will also be able to update and make changes to their online application forms through a separate window - ‘Application Correction Window’, according to the Karnataka PGCET 2024 notification.

Karnataka PGCET 2024 Exam Notification

The Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam, which was scheduled to be held on Jul 13 and 14, 2024, has been postponed by the authorities given the latest extension for the application process. There has not been any announcement for the official date yet by the authorities and students are advised to wait until further official notice. 

The PGCET examination will be conducted in an offline mode at several test locations across Karnataka. This examination will comprise objective-type questions with a time limit of 150 minutes in total.
