National Scholarship Test for Youth (NSTY) Scholarship

What is NSTY Scholarship?

NSTY scholarship is the financial aid provided to meritorious students who are unable to pursue their higher studies due to monetary constraints. It is provided by Flurosis Communication Pvt. Ltd with the help of different NGOs, Educational Trusts and Colleges/ Universities of India. The scholarship does not discriminate against candidates based on religion, caste, creed, language, etc and is purely merit-based.

Note: NSTY scholarship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for NSTY Scholarship

This scholarship is one of its kind because it does not discriminate based on factors such as caste, religion, language, etc. The other basic criteria to apply for the NSTY scholarship are listed below:

• The candidate is required to clear the NSTY Examination.
• The applicant should be registered for the NSTY Test Series and start practicing by entering the Registration Number and password obtained after a successful registration.
• The applicant should be an Indian Citizen.
• He/she should have secured at least 50% in the 10th/ SSC Examination.

Candidates applying for NSTY Junior

• Should be pursuing 11th/ 12th or Diploma. 

Candidates applying for NSTY Senior

• Should be pursuing the 1st to 5th year of any graduation course.
• Should be in the first year of any Postgraduate course from any recognized University/Institution in India.

NSTY Scholarship Rewards and Benefits

The NSTY scholarship is mainly beneficial for talented students who have aspirations to obtain education from reputed institutions. The rewards provided under the NSTY scheme are listed below:

• 5000 students can benefit from scholarship awards ranging up to 6 lakhs.
• Based on the NSTY Exam Rankings, more than 10,000 students in their UG/ PG level can get admissions into reputed colleges/ institutions with a scholarship of up to 50% of their total tuition fees.
• The sample test series is uploaded on the official website that can help candidates for various competitive exams.
• Rank holders get Appearance Certificate with their ranks and other participating students get the Participation Certificate.

How to Apply for NSTY Scholarship?

The application process for the NSTY Examination is Online through the official website of NSTY.

• On the homepage, there is an option to Apply Online.
• The verification process is done through One Time Password (OTP) for which a valid email id or mobile number is to be provided.
• The final step is to pay the Exam fees and submit the application.

Important Points

• NSTY is an online exam and there is no provision for offline tests.
• The online exam can be given from home or an exam center.
• All the registered students will be notified about the date and time of the Exam and should log in on time for the same.
• Candidates should avoid any malpractice and follow the decorum.
• Problems in Login due to internet connectivity issues are solely the responsibility of the student and NSTY does not take responsibility for the same.
