GATE Exam Pattern 2024
The organising authority has released the GATE test pattern 2024, available for each of the 30 papers. The MCQ, MSQ, and NAT question types that comprise the GATE 2024 paper format are combined with a 3-hour (180-minute) exam period.
- Marks for General Aptitude (15 marks) and subject questions (85 marks) will be distributed in papers AR, CY, DA, EY, GG, MA, PH, ST, XH, and XL.
- There will be sixty-five questions on the exam. The GATE maximum score is 100.
- In engineering and general aptitude, approximately 28% of the total marks for the papers will come from the mathematics section.
