Gujarat NEET PG Merit List 2024: Cut off, Eligibility, Counselling

Gujarat NEET PG merit list 2024 contains the detailed marks of the candidates and their position for counselling. The Gujarat NEET PG 2024 is expected to be released on Aug 24, 2024, on the official website of ACPPGMEC, the conducting authority.

The Gujarat NEET PG merit list includes only the candidates who qualified for the NEET PG 2024 examination. The NEET PG 2024 examination was conducted on Mar 5, 2024, for admission to postgraduate medical programmes (MD/ MS/PG Diploma) in medical institutions across the country. 

Gujarat NEET PG Merit List 2024

The Gujarat NEET PG merit list 2024 is prepared based on many factors, such as the candidates’ registration, NEET PG rank, state domicile status and reservation criteria. The candidates must have secured the minimum qualifying marks and above to participate in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling process. The provisional Gujarat NEET PG merit list for previous years is attached in the table below.

NEET PG Cutoff 2024

Only the candidates who secured the cutoff marks and above will be included in the Gujarat NEET PG merit list 2024. The cutoff is the minimum required marks the candidates must have scored in the NEET PG 2024 examination to qualify and be eligible for admission to PG medical programmes.

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024

The ACPPGMEC conducts the Gujarat NEET PG counselling for admission to 50% of the state quota seats and 100% of the private college seats.

The qualified candidates of NEET PG must register for Gujarat NEET PG counselling online if they want to be included in the Gujarat NEET PG merit list 2024.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the counselling conducting authority, ACPPGMEC.
• Step 2: Purchase a 14-digit PIN which would initiate the application form by paying Rs.2000.
• Step 3: The 5-digit serial number of this PIN will be the user ID for the candidate.
• Step 4: Login with the user ID and the NEET PG credentials to fill out the details asked and submit the required documents.
• Step 5: Carefully choose the colleges and programmes.
• Step 6: Submit the form and download a copy for further procedures.
• Step 7: Candidates should report to the Help Centre with their documents. The authorities at these centres will verify the authenticity of the documents submitted and confirm the eligibility of the candidates to participate in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling.

NOTE - Changes can be made in choosing colleges and programmes as often as the candidates wish until the last date for locking the choices. Once the choosing window closes, candidates can’t change their choices.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat NEET PG Admission 2024

The pointers of the NEET PG eligibility criteria 2024 that the candidates must fulfil to be eligible and be considered for admission through Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 are as follows. 

• Candidates must have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the NEET PG 2024 examination.
• Candidates must have pursued the UG medical programmes (MBBS/BDS) in the institutions of Gujarat.
• MCI or NMC recognised degree (MBBS/BDS) certificate.
• Must have completed the 12-month rotatory internship before 31 March 2024.
• Candidates must be registered members of the NMC or SMC and possess proof of the same.
• Indian nationality.
