Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024 has posted the list of candidates who are eligible for a security deposit reimbursement on the official website. Students who participated in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 and paid the INR 25,000 security deposit can check their eligibility for a refund using the refund list.

The ACPPGMEC has released the list of admitted candidates for MD/ MS/ Diploma and DNB courses at the official website.

To receive a refund, students must first log into the refund login page. The candidate refund login link requires students to enter their User ID, 14-digit PIN, academic year, course, and captcha. 

Furthermore, students who are entitled for a refund must give their banking information. Students must fill out the online form with their refund information, college of admission, and bank account information by Apr 7, 2025, 4 PM

The authorities are yet to announce the event-wise Gujarat NEET PG dates on the official website. Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 is held online for seat allotment.

The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gujarat is the conducting authority of Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024. Only candidates with their names on the merit list will be allowed to participate in the counselling process. 

Admission to the 50% state quota seats of MD/MS/Diploma courses will be on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET PG 2024. The NEET PG 2024 Counselling will be conducted in three rounds.

Gujarat NEET PG 2024 Counselling Process

The counselling process for Gujarat NEET PG 2024 admission involves various steps, including online registration, verification of documents, filling of choices, etc. In this section, we have explained the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 process in detail.

1. Online Registration

Candidates intending to attend the Gujarat NEET PG 2024 counselling process are required to register on the official website of ACPPGMEC. A 14-digit PIN has to be purchased for online registration. The cost of this PIN is INR 2,000. This 5-digit number would serve as the candidate’s user ID. The registration process begins on Jun 23, 2024.

2. Document Verification

The next step of the Gujarat NEET PG counselling process requires candidates to report to the help centres along with the required documents. Candidates whose documents are authentic, as verified by the authorities, will be able to proceed with the counselling.

Documents Required for Gujarat NEET PG 2024 Counselling 

Candidates will have to furnish the original copies of the following documents verified during the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024:

• MBBS Mark sheets (all years)
• NEET PG 2024 scorecard
• Internship completion certificate
• Provisional or Permanent Registration Certificate (issued by MCI or NMC)  

The above-mentioned documents are to be carried to the verification centre. Candidates can choose the verification centre during the time of registration for Gujarat NEET PG counselling. They will also be required to select the date and time for document verification in advance.

3. Release of State Merit List

After document verification, authorities will publish the merit list based on scores obtained in NEET PG 2024. ACPPGMEC releases merit lists separately for each category of candidates participating in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 process.

Reasons for not being Included in Gujarat NEET PG 2024 Merit List

A large number of candidates register for Gujarat NEET PG counselling. However, some of them might wonder why they are not included in the merit list. We have listed the reasons below:

• The applicant is not an Indian citizen (excluding candidates eligible under the NRI quota).
• The applicant did not clear NEET PG 2024.
• Candidate pursued MBBS/BDS from a university outside Gujarat (excluding candidates eligible for NRI & In-service quota).
• Failure to report at the help centre for the verification of documents.
• The candidate’s internship was completed after 31st March 2024.
• The Medical Board has declared the candidate unfit.
• The applicant was admitted through ACPPGMEC into MS/MD/MDS courses in the last three academic years or diploma programs in the last two academic years.

4. Online Filling of Choices

Candidates who are included in the state merit list need to enter their choices of courses and colleges in the online preference form. They will be required to visit the official website and log in to their registered accounts to fill in their choices. There is no limit on the number of choices that can be submitted by the applicant. 

5. Release of Seat Allotment List 

The authorities will release the result for every round of Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 in the form of a seat allotment list. To prepare this list, factors like NEET PG scores, the candidate’s merit position, and the choices filled are taken into consideration.

6. Confirmation of the Admission

Candidates who want to retain the seat allotted to them during Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 must follow the instructions given below in order to confirm their admission.

• Candidates must sign in to their registered account and schedule an appointment at the nearest help centre.
• Then, fill in their bank details for refunds (if any).
• Next, download the fee challan and allotment letter.
• Now, make the tuition fee payment (online or offline).
• Further, candidates must download the receipt of payment from the portal of ACPPGMEC.
• Go to the help centre at the scheduled date and time. 
• Candidates must submit their documents in an envelope (dimensions: 11x15 inches) with the following information mentioned on it.
