Uttarakhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for Uttarakhand NEET PG counselling 2024:

MD/MS Courses in Government & Private Medical Colleges/ Private Universities of Uttarakhand against State Quota Seats

• The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• Should have passed the MBBS examination from a medical college situated in Uttarakhand recognized by the MCI/NMC.
• Must have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the NEET PG brochure and qualified for the NEET-PG examination.
• Has completed or will be completing compulsory rotatory internship training. No request for time relaxation in a mandatory rotating internship will be accepted under any circumstance.
• Registration with MCI/State Medical Councils is compulsory, and its documentary proof should be uploaded during online counselling and submitted at the time of admission to the allotted college.
• The candidate must register with the Uttarakhand State Medical Council within 2 months of joining the PG course.
• A candidate who is already admitted to any PG medical course in any medical college in Uttarakhand will not be eligible to appear in the NEET PG Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling till he/she completes the ongoing PG course and passes the examination.

For MD/MS Courses in Private Medical Colleges/ Private Universities of Uttarakhand against All India-Management Quota Seats

• The candidate should have passed the MBBS examination from a medical college recognised by the MCI/NMC.
• He/ she should have also fulfilled all eligibility criteria mentioned in the NEET PG brochure and qualified for the NEET-PG examination.
• Has completed compulsory rotatory internship training on or before 31.03.2024.
• No request for time relaxation in a compulsory rotatory internship will be accepted.
• Registration with MCI/State Medical Councils is compulsory, and its documentary proof should be uploaded during online counselling and submitted at the time of admission to the allotted college.
• The candidate also has to register himself/herself with the Uttarakhand State Medical Council within 2 months of joining the PG course.

Interested candidates can visit the official portal of H.N.B Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dehradun, to register for NEET PG Uttarakhand State Counselling. The step-by-step Uttarakhand NEET PG counselling 2024 procedure is as follows:

• Step 1: To register, go to the official website- hnbumu.ac.in.
• Step 2: Click on the link ‘NEET PG Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling- 2024’ on the homepage.
• Step 3: Register by choosing the program, NEET PG roll number, date of birth, and mobile number.
• Step 4: Once registered, choose the desired college and upload all the required documents and submit.
• Step 5: Cross-check the details and pay the fees. The candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 5,000 and an admission fee of Rs 6,000. Aspirants will also have to pay a security fee which differs from category to category.
• Step 6: Download the application form and payment receipt for future reference.

• Copy of Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth is not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate)

• Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate
• Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt if applicable
• 8 passport-sized photographs
