NEET OMR sheet 2024 will display the recorded responses of the candidates. The NEET 2024 answer key and the scanned photographs of the candidates' NEET 2024 OMR response sheets will be released by the authority.

If candidates find any discrepancies, they may challenge the answer keys by paying the non-refundable fee of INR 200.

How to Download NEET OMR Sheet 2024?

The NEET 2024 examination was conducted offline, i.e., as a pen and paper-based test, which meant that the candidates had to mark their answers on an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Sheet.

Candidates who want to download the NEET OMR sheet 2024 are required to follow the above steps. 

• Visit the official website of NEET.
• Log in using your application number and password.
• The candidates will be directed to the OMR page. Click on the ‘OMR Challenge’ tab which is provided on the left of the webpage.
• The candidates can now view the NEET OMR sheet 2024.

Details to be Filled in the NEET OMR Sheet 2024

Before the examination starts, the candidates have to fill in the details required in the NEET OMR Sheet 2024. Only black or blue ball pens are allowed. There will be two sides to the OMR sheet, one of which has the instructions on the front page.

The mandatory details to be filled in were as follows:

• NEET Roll number in numerals
• NEET Roll number in words
• Name of the candidate in Capital letter
• Father’s name in Capital letter
• Test centre number
• Test centre name

How to Challenge the NEET OMR Sheet 2024?

The NTA provides the opportunity for the candidates to challenge the NEET 2024 OMR Sheet.

Once the authority uploads the OMR sheet on the website for the candidate to download along with the answer key, if the candidate detects an error in their NEET OMR sheet 2024, they will be able to challenge it by paying INR 200 per answer.

The candidates have to constantly check for updates on the official website regarding the status of their challenge since the authority doesn't inform the candidates individually.

The procedure to challenge the NEET OMR sheet 2024 are as follows:

1. Click on the website for NEET OMR sheet 2024, which will be provided to the candidates once the link is activated.
2. Log in using your application number and password.
3. Click on ‘OMR Challenge, ’ which will be available on the homepage.
4. Choose ‘Click here for OMR Challenge’ to challenge the answers.
5. The display will show the number of questions and answers marked by the candidate. The candidate has to tick the boxes which they want to challenge.
6. The candidate has to choose the correct option among the options provided in the drop-down menu.
7. After selecting and choosing the options for the questions, the candidate can click on the ‘submit’ tab.
8. A message would appear asking the candidate if they have challenged all the wrong answers. The candidate can re-check everything as they would not be able to change after submitting the answers.
9. The candidates would be directed to the payment section of the webpage. The payment can be made online mode via net banking or debit/credit card.

How to Mark Answers in the NEET OMR Sheet 2024?

Candidates must properly mark the correct answer in the NEET OMR sheet 2024. If the marking is inappropriate, the answer will not be considered. Follow the points mentioned below and abide by the same. 

• Be sure of the answer you choose and darken the circle completely on the NEET OMR sheet 2024.
• Darken only one option. If you mark more than one option, marks will not be allotted.
• Please do not leave any unnecessary marks on the NEET OMR sheet 2024, as they would be considered invalid.
• You can not change the answer once selected.
• Rough work in the NEET OMR sheet 2024 is not allowed.

NEET 2024 OMR Sheet Instructions
