AP PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2024: Age Limit, Qualification

AP PGECET eligibility criteria 2024 is set by the conducting body. Aspirants who desire to appear for the M.Tech /M.E./M. Pharma programs must fulfill AP PGECET eligibility criteria given by the Andhra University. Candidates must check their eligibility on the parameters like Nationality, Age, Domicile, and Educational qualification. The authorities have specified AP PGECET 2024 eligibility in two different categories, i.e., written test and course-wise eligibility.

AP PGECET 2024 Eligibility

Before appearing in the exam, candidates must make sure that they fulfill AP PGECET eligibility. Candidates who are not eligible cannot apply for the examination. The authorities have given eligibility criteria for two categories, which are as follows.

AP PGECET 2024 Written Test Eligibility

General instructions like AP PGECET qualification, age limit, domicile have been stated by the conducting body for their written test. Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria for the same.

• Candidates must be a resident in India. People belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh are also eligible to apply. No foreign candidates can apply for AP PGECET exam 2024.
• Candidates must have attained an age of at least 21 years before appearing in the exam.
• Aspirants must hold a bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.Pharm. and related courses with a minimum of 50% qualifying marks (for general candidates) and 45% (for reserved candidates).

AP PGECET 2024 (M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Pharm.) Eligibility Criteria

Before appearing for AP PGECET exam, candidates must have completed their bachelor's in B.Pharm/B.Tech degree or other equivalent degrees. Candidates must have successfully passed in all the subjects before pursuing the master's degree courses. Candidates are required to bring the degree certificate at the time of counseling for verification. Mentioned below is AP PGECET 2024 Courses-wise (M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Pharm.) Eligibility criteria.

• Candidates who successfully qualify for AP PGECET 2024 exam with higher scores will be given admissions on a priority basis.
• Candidates who have scored well in the GATE / GPAT exams will be given the first preference during admissions.
• For local candidates appearing for AP PGECET examination, 85% of the seats are for them and the remaining 15% are for the other candidates.

Note: Aspirants are not allowed to apply for the examination if the above eligibility criteria are not fulfilled.
