Step 4: Choose the IIFT Exam Centre
After uploading all the documents in the IIFT 2025 application form, candidates have to choose the respective exam centre as per their choice. IIFT form correction process 2025 will begin upon the completion of exam registration. Candidates will be able to edit some fields in the IIFT 2025 application form during this round. IIFT Application Form 2025: Important Instruction for PwD Category Candidates
Candidates from the PwD category should keep the following in mind when filling out the IIFT 2025 application form:
- To be eligible for the reservation, you must have a 40% disability (Benchmark Disability).
- The extent of a person's "specified disability" shall be determined following the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. (49 of 2016).
- After the application form has been submitted, no changes to the category will be considered.
- Candidates should be aware that the benefit of reservation will be granted subject to document verification. The application will be cancelled if any of the documents are found to be invalid or fraudulent.
- Candidates who desire to hire a scribe must complete the applicable portions of the IIFT application form 2025.
Scribe Service for Writing the IIFT Entrance Exam
Important details regarding the scribe service provided for IIFT 2025 are as follows.
- If a person with a benchmark disability in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms affected-BA), or cerebral palsy requests it, a scribe will be provided.
- If he/she has a physical handicap and a scribe is required to write the test on his/her behalf, the facility of a Scribe will be granted, if confirmed in the aforementioned format by a CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
- Every PwD candidate will be given compensatory time off of at least 20 minutes per hour of examination.
- The scribe will assist the Candidate in reading the questions and/or keying in the answers according to the Candidate's instructions. The scribe is unable to explain or provide an answer to the inquiry.
- When registering online, a copy of the PwD certificate must be uploaded. The PwBD certificate formats are available on the registration page.
- NTA will give candidates the Scribe. They are, however, entitled to bring their scribe if they so desire.

IIFT 2025 Application Form Guidelines
The candidates must keep the below-mentioned guidelines in mind while filling out the application form for IIFT.
- The candidates, before submitting the online application form, shall ensure their eligibility to appear in the test.
- The candidates should fill in their complete postal address with a PIN Code for further correspondence. The NTA shall not be held responsible for any loss due to the incorrect address given by the applicant in the online application form.
- The candidate must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the form are their own (which cannot be changed later) as communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail or SMS.
- The candidate should not give the postal address, Mobile Number, or e-mail ID of the coaching centre in the form.
- In order to appear in IIFT MBA(IB) 2025-25 examination, the candidates are required to apply online. The application form other than online mode shall not be accepted. No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application including e-mail etc.
- Online submission of applications may be done by accessing the NTA official website.
- The online form cannot be withdrawn once it is submitted successfully.
- The application form of candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria shall be rejected.
- A candidate is allowed to submit only one application form. If a candidate submits more than one form, the candidature is likely to be cancelled.
- The centres (Cities) indicated for the entrance examination by a candidate are the only option. The actual centre shall be allotted by NTA and it shall be final. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. It is mandatory for candidates to fill in all four choices as options.
- In case a candidate is found providing incorrect information or the identity is proved to be false at any time in the future, the candidate shall face penal action as per law.
- Provision of Reservation for candidates belonging to EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwD will be as per GoI instructions issued from time to time.
