IIFT 2025 is a common aptitude test conducted for admission to MBA International Business programs offered by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) will choose students for MBA IB and MBA BA admission based on their CAT exam scores this year as well. Selection will be based on the CAT 2024 exam score.

IIFT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The IIFT exam is conducted every year as an admission test for the IIFT. The institution only accepts the scores obtained in the exam. Candidates who want to register for the IIFT Exam should first go through the IIFT 2025 eligibility criteria and check whether they meet all the criteria for the exam and only then apply for the exam. The IIFT 2025 eligibility criteria are based on factors like educational qualification, nationality, and age.

The minimum qualification required for the candidates to take IIFT 2025 is to possess a graduation degree from a recognized university in any discipline of a minimum of 3 years with 50% marks. For reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons With Disabilities (PWD), the minimum is 45%. Candidates in the final year of graduation are also eligible for applying for IIFT 2025.

IIFT 2025 Age Limit

There is no upper age limit for IIFT 2025. Candidates who are studying in their final year examination for a graduation degree are also eligible to apply. But they will need to produce the proof of qualification on or before the last date given by the conducting authorities.

IIFT 2025 Nationality

Applying candidates can be Indian citizens. NRIs and Foreign Nationals are also eligible to apply, although they will have different entry requirements for the IIFT Exam.

IIFT Application Process 2025

IIFT application form 2025 will not be issued by the IIFT. The admission to MBA program will be based on the CAT score. National Testing Agency (NTA) used to conduct the IIFT exam on behalf of the institute starting with releasing the registration forms 2025 on the official website. Candidates first need to register, log in, fill up the application form, pay an application fee (IIFT Prospectus Fee) and upload documents on the official website.

The application form for the IIFT 2025 exam will be available on the official website. Candidates should register for the exam from the website. Given below are the steps the candidate can follow.

• Step 1: First candidates have to visit the official website - iift.ac.in/iift/index.php
• Step 2: Click on "Admission 2025. After clicking on the link, applicants will be redirected to a page that has instructions for filling out the IIFT 2025 Application form and the "Apply Now" button. Click on "Apply now" after reading the instructions carefully.
• Step 3: Candidates will need to register themselves and create an account on the website before filling out the application form.
• Step 4: Now candidates will be able to login into their accounts by using login credentials. After logging in, they will be required to enter their details like name, date of birth, mother's name, father's name, gender, category, email and mobile number, address, etc.
• Step 5: Once candidates have entered all the necessary details, they will need to upload documents like photographs, and signatures as per the instructions
• Step 6: Following the successful upload of the images, the candidate will be able to select exam centres.
• Step 7: Finally, candidates can make the payment of fees for the application.

Application Dates for Foreign Nationals and NRIs to Apply and the Selection Process

Foreign citizens and NRIs must apply directly to the institute for IIFT admission 2025 and no need to register or apply for the IIFT entrance exam. They must apply using their GMAT exam scores. The following are the key dates and the selection process:

IIFT Admit Card 2025

IIFT 2025 admit card will be released by the exam authority. Candidates will be able to download IIFT admit card from their registered accounts on the official website. The admit card is a very important document and the candidate will not be permitted inside the test centre without it.

IIFT 2025 admit card will also have many important details such as the candidates' names, application or registration number, exam centre, timing, rules, and regulations that all aspirants must read thoroughly. Along with IIFT 2025 admit card the candidates must also carry other valid documents to the exam centre.

Steps to Download IIFT 2025 Admit Card

Information on the admit card includes a candidate’s name, the application number, examination centre, timings, etc. Most importantly, it will contain the address of the test centre. You should locate your exam centre a few days before the exam day.

Reporting of Discrepancies

If candidates find any mistakes or discrepancies in their downloaded admit card, then report the same issue immediately to IIFT and get it rectified to avoid possible disqualification on exam day.

You need to carry any one of the valid photo ID proofs along with the IIFT admit card. The list of items that can be used as Photo ID proof includes Passport, PAN Card, Adhar Card, Voter ID Card, etc. Candidates must preserve their admit cards until the completion of their admission process.

IIFT Exam Pattern 2025

IIFT exam pattern 2025 is the same as last year. The IIFT exam will be conducted online and will last two hours. The question paper will contain approximately 110 questions ranging in difficulty from moderate to challenging from VARC, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation, and Quantitative Analysis.

IIFT Exam Centres 2025

IIFT 2025 advance city information slip will be published by the NTA. Candidates can download the city information slip from the official website. IIFT exam is held in over 65 centres across India. In the IIFT 2025 application form, candidates can select up to four exam centres. For a limited time, NTA may allow the facility to submit a request for admission entrance test Centre Change. The application fee for changing exam centres is Rs.1000/-. The Request can only be submitted online. Offline, no requests in this regard will be entertained. IIFT Syllabus 2025

IIFT syllabus 2025 is comparable to those of other MBA admission exams. English, quantitative analysis, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and general awareness are the key subjects. The IIFT 2021 exam took place on Jan 24, 2021. A major change was that IIFT 2021 had only 4 sections, unlike previous years. The exam had a moderate difficulty level.

IIFT answer key 2025 and response sheet will be released on the official portal. Candidates will be able to raise objections against their answer key through this facility. However, candidates should pay a fee of Rs 200 to object.  IIFT 2025 result will be declared based on the final answer key. 

Candidates may object to the official answer/s by completing an online form and providing supporting documentation. If the claims are legitimate, the IIFT 2025 answer key will be changed, and a final answer key was made available.

Steps to Download IIFT Answer Key 2025

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the IIFT-NTA website at iift.nta.ac.in.

IIFT Result 2025

IIFT results 2025 will be declared in the form of a scorecard that will be made available for download on the official website. Candidates can only access their IIFT results online mode, which is through the registered account on the IIFT official website. The final answer key is considered to generate the results, which include the candidate's name, roll number, category, photo, sectional scores, overall score, and overall percentile.

• Step 2: They can click on the IIFT 2025 NTA scorecard tab.

IIFT Cut Off 2025

The institute shortlists candidates for MBA admission (PI and extempore) based on their minimum entrance exam score. The IIFT 2025 cutoffs will be made available whenever they are released.

IIFT 2025 Counselling

IIFT counselling 2025 process will begin on the official website. The selection process of IIFT 2025 will consist of 3 main steps that act as a filter to shortlist the most deserving candidates.

• Written Ability Test: In the written ability test, candidates have to write an essay or answer some questions asked from a comprehension. Based on that, the writing skills of the candidates will be analyzed. The time allotted for this round will be 20 minutes and the word limit should be 300 words.
• Group Discussion: Candidates will be categorized into different groups and will be assigned a topic on which they have to speak. In this way, the communication skills of the candidates will be analyzed. Candidates must be aware of current affairs and all the events related to the business world.
• Personal Interview: Candidates will be called for the interview process if they qualify for the above rounds. In this round, the candidate's communication skills, general awareness knowledge, and various other parameters are judged. Once the candidates qualify for all the rounds, they are considered to be selected.

IIFT Selection Criteria Weightage

Once the selection procedure of IIFT is over, the authority will release the final list of the candidates who are selected for the admission process of IIFT. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the performance of the candidates in the different rounds and their weightage. The weightage as per the rounds is tabulated below:

Scholarship Scheme

IIFT has a special provision for Scholarships and Financial Aid for students who meet certain specifications that are set by them. IIFT has a functional Need-Based Scholarship Scheme and under this arrangement, the institute makes the payment for the interest subsidy for a given amount of time, on an education loan taken by a candidate whose family has an annual income of less than INR 4.50 Lakhs.

Another scholarship scheme is available from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs for four SC and four ST candidates who manage to obtain admission to IIFT.

Conditions to avail scholarship scheme are given below:

• The total family income of a candidate's family from all sources must not be more than INR 4.50 Lakhs per year.
• If a student fails to pass the final exam of each year of his/her PG degree or even a terminal exam, his scholarship will be automatically terminated.
