JKCET application form 2025 started on March 5, 2025 and the last date to apply for JKCET exam has been extended till March 29, 2025.  Interested candidates must submit the application form before the last date mentioned by the authorities. They must also pay the application fee and upload the required documents for JKCET 2025 registration.

The JKCET 2025 exam will be conducted on Apr 12, 2025. For the JKCET registration 2025, candidates must have a valid email address and contact details. How to Submit JKCET Application Form 2025?

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to successfully apply for JKCET 2025 exam. 

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of JKBOPEE and click on "Apply Online for Common Entrance Test 2025 (Engineering)".
• Step 2: The new page related to the JKCET 2025 application will be displayed, follow the instructions and click on the link given in the image.
• Step 3: The New page will be displayed containing Important Instructions and the process to fill JKCET application form. Go through the mentioned details and click on the "Agree" link at the bottom of the page.
• Step 4: The application form page will appear. The candidates are required to fill in their Personal Details, Contact Information, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, choice of Exam center, Permanent Address, etc.
• Step 5: Candidates are required to enter their Education Qualification Details Upload the Photographs, Signature, and Thumb Impression, and click on the "Submit" button to complete the process.
• Step 6: After clicking on submit, a new page will be displayed for the Review Application Form, here candidate can edit their application form and change the details. Before the final submission click on "Click here" to redirect to the Payment Option for JKCET application form 2025.
• Step 7: The New page will appear, candidates have to click on "Make Payment" to continue with the application form.
• Step 8: The login page will be displayed to complete the JKCET 2025 Application Process. Enter the JKCET 2025 application number and date of birth and click on the "Submit" button to fill JKCET application form 2025. Read all the terms and conditions and make a payment of INR 1200 through online payment methods.
• Step 9: JKCET application form 2025 Fee payment can be made Online. The payment window will appear then click on the "Pay Now" button. Then enter your Debit/Credit card details and click on the "Make Payment" button to complete the JKCET 2025 Application Process.

JKCET Application Form 2025 Correction

JKCET application form 2025 correction facility will be launched by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE). Students whose names appear in "Annexure A" are permitted to correct errors on their application forms, however, students whose names appear in "Annexure B" are rejected from the admissions process.

JKCET 2025 correction opportunity is provided because the Board discovered that some of these application forms are defective due to a lack of prerequisite papers that are either not uploaded or incorrectly supplied by the applicants during the document verification procedure.

Furthermore, applicants who have applied for their Domicile Certificates but have not been able to obtain them from the Issuing Authority due to various reasons can submit an undertaking (on plain paper) physically at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar, certifying that they will produce the Domicile Certificate at the time of their Counselling/Admission, failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the counselling or take admission in any College.

JKBOPEE has also informed that the application forms of certain of the candidates stated in Annexure B have been denied because they uploaded 12th Class Marks that showed PCB subjects rather than PCM.

Points to Remember

• The photograph must be taken on or after 01-01-2019.
• A photograph must be taken with the name of the candidate (as written in the application form).
• The photograph must be snapped with a placard indicating the name of the candidate and the date on which the photograph was taken.
• The name and date on the photograph must be clear.
• The candidate must not be wearing a cap or goggles while the photograph is clicked.

JKCET 2025 Application - Required Certificates

Before filling JKCET application form 2025, candidates are required to carry the certificates mentioned below. 

• Permanent Residence Certificate (mandatory for all) - The Candidates applying for the exam need to prove that their place of residence is within the bounds of Jammu and Kashmir or the Ladakh region.
• Date of Birth Certificate (mandatory for all) - They will be subjected to prove that their age is more than 17 years.
• Marks Sheet of the Qualifying Examination (mandatory for those who are awaiting results).
• Reserved Category Certificate (Only for SC/ST aspirants).

Mode of Payment for JKCET 2025

Candidates can make the fee payment for JKCET through the following means. 

• Candidates who have satisfied JKCET 2025 eligibility criteria can pay the application fee in offline mode and online mode for JKCET.
• Online payment can be made through a Debit/ Credit card for JKCET by the candidate who has covered all the eligibility criteria.
• Offline payment can be made by generating an online bank Challan of J&K Bank/ HDFC Bank in order to pay the fee amount in any branch of J&K Bank for JKCET.
• There are two official BOPEE websites through which JKCET 2025 registration can be done; i.e. www.jakbopee.org and www.jakbopee.net.
• The candidates have to pay an INR 1200/-application fee for JKCET 2025. This amount is the same for all the candidates irrespective of their reservations.
