How to Apply for JKCET 2025 Counselling?
The candidates must complete the online preference form to participate in JKCET 2025 counselling. On the form, candidates will indicate their preferences for seats in the B.E/B.Tech disciplines of the state's government and private engineering colleges. Below are the steps for applying for JKCET 2025 counselling.
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website - jkbopee.gov.in.
- Step 2: Fill out the necessary information throughout the JKCET counseling registration process.
- Step 3: After successful registration, candidates will receive login information on their registered email address and mobile number.
- Step 4: Candidates must sign onto their accounts and choose their top college preference and most preferred preference in that order, then second, third, fourth, and so on.
- Step 5: Candidates must select at least one discipline or college preference. No candidate may move on without indicating a preference.
- Step 6: Candidates can change their options before submitting the JKCET 2025 counselling preference form.
- Step 7: Then, before the deadline for submitting the form, pay the required fee online.
JKCET 2025 Counselling Fee
Candidates can use a debit card, credit card, or net banking to pay online application costs (INR 1200). The bill desk page will appear after clicking the "Make Payment" button. Candidates must print out a copy of their payment receipt after paying the JKCET counselling cost.
JKCET 2025 Choice Filling and Locking
Applicants must log in with their JKCET 2025 registration number and select the courses and colleges of their choice. The candidates can view the course-specific, category-specific, and college-specific seat matrixes made public by the authorities before selecting.
All of the candidates' choices must be made according to their preferences. Before the deadline, candidates may additionally add, rearrange, or change their selections. Once the candidates have sealed their selections, no revisions will be permitted.
JKCET 2025 Seat Allotment

JKCET Counselling 2025 Mock Allotment
JKCET mock allotment aims to inform applicants of their admission prospects based on their merit and desired seats. By logging in with their login information, candidates will be able to check the status of their allocation in the online mode.

- Caste Certificates: Reserved category applicants should produce their caste/community certificate. This is mandatory for SC/ST candidates.
- Payment Copy: After payment, the challan copy must also be brought for counselling.

Aspirants selected for JKCET counselling 2025 must submit the Undertaking Authority Letter during counselling session.
Physical Counselling: The applicants are required to fill out the counselling form and put in their details like JKCET Roll Number (which is already written in JKCET 2025 Application form and JKCET 2025 Admit Card), Name, Category, Marks, Rank, and Contact details.
Children of Defence Personnel: Candidates who are children of Defence Personnel should submit relevant certificates at the time of document verification. Aspirants need to submit two certificates for this process.

Children of Paramilitary Force and Police Personnel (In-Service): Candidates who are children of Police Personnel and Paramilitary Force (In-service) should submit relevant certificates during document verification in JKCET counselling 2025.
Children of Paramilitary Force and Police Personnel (Retired): Candidates who are children of parents serving in Police and Paramilitary Forces (retired) should submit these relevant certificates at the time of document verification for JKCET counselling 2025.
Income Certificate: As per JKBOPEE notification, fee waivers and seats for economically weaker meritorious candidates are also available in B.Tech courses. This will be accepted in all affiliated institutions.
