SAAT counselling Schedule 2023 will be announced on the official website. Candidates have to do the registration for counselling to take part in the counselling process for SAAT 2023. The counselling result is declared via mail or text message from the counselling authority, and information on further procedures is also included with it.
Candidates must attend their designated centre to confirm their admission after the seats have been assigned. The counselling process for admission begins after the merit list is displayed on the website. Only those candidates who get shortlisted based on the merit list will participate in SAAT 2023 counselling.

SAAT 2023 Counselling Procedure
The selected candidates will require to submit the fee within the stipulated duration. The university will run the counselling process entirely online.
Candidates will be chosen based on their merit list ranking for the counselling process. Following each round of counselling, the practice would be repeated depending on the availability of vacant seats. Candidates will be assigned seats based on their placement on the merit list. The top rank holder will be given first attention when posting seats to candidates.
Once the candidates have been qualified and considered eligible, they will get a call, asking them to appear for counselling based on the merit list. The counselling process is mentioned below.
- To participate in the SAAT counselling, the candidates must enter and lock their choices within the stipulated time.
- Once locking their choices, the SAAT (SOA) counselling body will declare the seat allocation result.
- The candidates will be allotted seats. The candidates can download the seat allotment letter from the official website.
- The candidates are then required to report to their counselling venue along with the seat allotment letter and required documents.
- The counselling conducting body will later share the seat allotment letter with the candidate's registered mobile number.
- The candidates should now make the fee payment and join the classes on the specified joining date.
Note: It must be noted that counselling for candidates who have qualified for JEE Main 2023 will be held separately.

The mandatory SAAT 2023 documents that the candidates must carry to the counselling venue include-
- SAAT 2023 Admit Card
- Rank Card/Result Card of SAAT
- Photo ID Proof
- Birth certificate (10th Certificate or DOB Certificate)
- School Leaving Certificate
- Academic records
- Colour passport size photographs- 4 units
- Draft of INR 30,000 drawn from any nationalized bank favoring SOA University payable at Bhubaneshwar.
- JEE Main 2023 mark sheet (if applicable)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
Essential Points for SAAT Counselling 2023
The document verification process is also used to check all the candidate's academic records for SAAT. There will also be a date of birth verification for qualified candidates for SAAT.
Based on the rank and performance in SAAT, the final allotment of seats will occur. Seat allotment for SAAT will take place in two steps: Mock Allotment and Final Allotment.
SAAT 2023 Seat Allotment
The seat allotment of SAAT 2023 will be done post successful document verification. The candidate will be offered a seat based on the choices entered and their merit rank.
Initially, candidates will issue provisional seat allotments. The candidate will have to download the provisional SAAT 2023 seat allotment letter and visit the university for document verification and payment of the admission fee. Upon successful document verification and payment of the admission fee, the seat will be confirmed.
Admission Process at Different Campuses of SOA University
Two campuses come under the SAAT 2023 entrance test.
Campus 1: Both through SAAT 2023 and JEE Main 2023 scores.
Campus 2 and Campus 4: Admission will only be through SAAT 2023.
