The Delhi NEET Authorities will release the merit list in an online PDF mode which will be accessible to all students.
The merit list for NEET 2023 will then be sent to DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for providing the same to MCC for conducting 15% AIQ NEET Counselling. Based on the ranks and scores attained in the NEET exam, MCC will appoint seats to the NEET Counselling.

Delhi NEET 2023 Merit List for 85% State Quota Seats
There is a separate process for the other 85% of state quota seats, and also separate counselling will be conducted. The eligibility criteria for domicile and schooling could vary from college to college, but aspirants must complete Class 12.
Along with that, passing NEET with the required minimum cutoff percentile is considered for admission under 85% of state quota seats.
- Candidates, interested in participating in Delhi NEET state-level counselling are required to fill out the application form on or before the provided late date.

Delhi NEET Rank List 2023: Eligibility
There is no upper limit in age but the lower limit is restricted to being 17 years by December 31st, 2022. however, there are some educational requirements that are as follows:
- Candidates are required to have physics, chemistry, and biology/biotechnology as their subjects in class XII
- General Category- 50% marks in the qualifying exam and NEET
- OBC/SC/ST Category- 40% marks in qualifying exam and NEET
- General- Physically handicapped category- 45% marks in qualifying exam and NEET
- Candidates appearing for the class XII exam are also allowed to give NEET and will be admitted on a provisional basis
- Candidates of distance learning or private students and those who have biology as an additional subject are also eligible for the exam
- As there is no limit on the number of attempts for NEET 2023. Candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they want.

Delhi NEET Cutoff 2023: Tie-Breaking Process
Sometimes two or more candidates achieve the same result which ends up in a tie. So, for this NEET has a tie-breaking process that comprises certain rules that students must be aware of if they land in such scenarios.
- Higher marks in Biology: Aspirants who secure higher scores/percentile in Biology (Botany and Zoology) will be preferred first for the NEET merit list.
- Higher marks in Chemistry: If the tie remains then the most preferred and accepted subject is chemistry and the scores/percentile of this subject will e considered to break the tie.
- Several incorrect answers: If the tie still isn’t over, the one of which with less number of fewer answers will be selected for the merit list.

After the announcement of the Delhi NEET Merit List 2023, students will be invited for the counselling process. There will be a total of three to four rounds. However, the counselling rounds will be administered, depending on the availability of seats.
