GATE 2025: IIT Roorkee will conduct GATE 2025 for applicants interested in postgraduate engineering programs. The syllabus and exam pattern are available on the new official website, gate.iitr.ac.in. The exam is anticipated to take place on Feb 1, 2, 8, and 9, 2025, and the registration process will begin around Aug 31, 2024.
The duration of GATE exam will be 3 hours and consist of multiple-choice and numerical answer questions. There will be thirty subjects, including CSE, EE, EC, ME, and Data Science (DA), and many more GATE 2025 exam.
The eligibility criteria are that candidates must be in their third year or above in any undergraduate program or have completed their degree program from a recognised institute, such as engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, the arts, or humanities.

GATE 2025: Registration
GATE 2025 registration will begin in the last week of Aug 2024 and candidates can fill out their GATE application form 2025 via online mode only.
Following a successful registration, a unique enrollment ID will be sent to each registered candidate. Then, fill out the form by adding the personal address, communication mode such as email, exam centre, paper choice, qualifications, etc., and there are mandatory feild to complete the registration process.
- Documents such as photos, signatures, photo identities, and caste certificates must be uploaded to the GATE application form 2025.
- Applicants can only submit one application form; multiple forms will be rejected, and even for combinations of one or more papers, only a single application will be accepted.
- The third week of Oct 2024 is expected to be the deadline for completing the GATE 2025 application form without a late fees.
- The authority will also offer candidates to make corrections in their GATE application form 2025 from Nov 7 to 11, 2024, if any details are incorrect.
- Take a printout of the completed application and keep it secure for future use.

GATE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The exam conducting body will release the GATE Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025 very soon on its official website but according to the previous years standards students can have an idea of the general eligibility rule.
- Candidates must have completed 10+2+2 or 10+3+1 and are currently enrolled in the third or higher year of any UG program.
- Candidates who graduated from any government-approved degree program in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or Arts are eligible to apply for admission to IIT M.Tech.
- There is no age limit set as the criteria to appear in the GATE exam.

GATE 2025 Result
The GATE 2025 results for each paper will be released by IIT Roorkee following the exam's successful conclusion. Applicants can go to the official GATE 2025 website to access, view, or download their results.
To view their results Applicants must enter their registration and enrollment number exactly as mentioned on their admit cards in order to download the GATE 2025 Results.
GATE 2025 Counselling
In the GATE counselling 2025 the participating institutes will issue admission notifications outlining their varied admission processes after the GATE 2025 results are announced. Then, qualified candidates can submit an application for admission to the institute of their choice by following the guidelines provided by the institute.
The important steps includes application submission, shortlisting for interviews, and document verification in the GATE 2025 counseling process.
The final selection list will be determined by the respective institutes according to the student's academic record, GATE score, and performance in the interview.
