CSIR NET result 2024 for Jun 2024 session will be released as a rank list on the official CSIR website soon after the exam. Previously, the CSIR NET result 2024 for Dec session was released by the NTA on Feb 4, 2024. Joint CSIR UGC NET 2024 result will available on the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download it using their application number and date of birth.

CSIR UGC NET Jun result 2024 includes candidate's name, roll number, percentile, total marks, rank and qualifying status. After the CSIR NET 2024 results, the qualified students will receive the eligibility certificate and JRF Award Letters from NTA authorities. Further, Qualified candidates can apply for the vacancy of Assistant Professor in Indian universities.

CSIR NET Merit List 2024

CSIR NET 2024 merit list for Jun session will be released by the exam conducting authorities on the official website. The CSIR NET rank list and cut off are usually released together. Two separate CSIR NET Merit Lists 2024 will be published by the Council, one for JRF and the other for Lectureship NET.

• The merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ performance in CSIR UGC NET 2024.
• Candidates qualifying for JRF (NET) will also be eligible for Lectureship (NET) subject to fulfilling the UGC Eligibility criteria.
• Candidates qualifying for Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as Lecturers as well as for Junior Research Fellowship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable. However, they will not be eligible for the Regular JRF-NET Fellowship.
• Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF (NET) will receive a fellowship either from CSIR or UGC as per their assignment or from the Schemes with which they may find an association.
• Candidates declared eligible for Junior Research Fellowship under the UGC scheme and Lectureship will be governed by UGC rules/regulations in this regard.
