- Nationality: Only Indian nationals, residing in India can apply for HITSEEE 2024.

- Maximum Age: Candidates should be less than 19 years or 19 years in the last week of April 2024.
Eligibility Criteria For B.Tech Courses
- PCM is Compulsory: The applicant must have cleared HSC exam or any equivalent exam before applying in HITSEEE 2024 from a recognized board of secondary education, having a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
- Minimum marks: Candidates seeking admission for B.Tech courses should have passed the Higher Secondary Education (12th), prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with a minimum of 50% marks for eligibility in HITSEEE 2024 Exam.
- Candidates waiting for 12th results: Candidates waiting for their class 12th results are also eligible to write HITSEEE 2024.
- Candidates waiting for H.S.C results: Applicants who have appeared for the H.S.C exam and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for HITSEEE 2024 exam.
- Note: The improvement marks will not be taken into consideration for admission to B.Tech courses.
Eligibility Criteria For B.Tech Biotechnology Courses

Minimum marks in PCMB: The applicant must have cleared the H.S.C exam before applying in HITSEEE 2024 from a recognized board of secondary education, having a minimum average of 50 per cent marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
Eligibility Criteria For B.Arch Courses
- Must Clear 3-year Diploma: The applicant must have cleared a three-year diploma exam before applying in HITSEEE 2024 recognized by the Central or State Government having Mathematics as a subject and with minimum aggregate marks of 50 per cent.
- Mathematics or Business Mathematics is Compulsory: The applicant must have cleared H.S.C exam from a recognized board of secondary education has a minimum average of 50 per cent marks or must have cleared an equivalent exam with Mathematics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- Applicants Waiting for Results: Applicants who have appeared for the H.S.C exam and are waiting for results are also eligible to apply for HITSEEE 2024 exam.
- Minimum Marks in NATA: All applicants aspiring to seek admission in B.Arch course must write the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), India. This test is conducted by Council of Architecture and the applicant must score a minimum of 80 marks out of 200 marks.
