PGIMER Counselling 2025: Registration, Document Verification, College Reporting

PGIMER counselling 2025 dates will be announced after the PGIMER results 2025 and merit list are released in Aug 2025. Students who have qualified as per PGIMER BSc Nursing result 2025 will be eligible to participate in the counselling procedure.

Shortlisted candidates must submit a printout of the online application form as well as photocopies of metric, Class 12, and GNM mark sheets, registration certificates, reservation certificates, and other documents by the specified date to the Principal's office at the National Institute of Nursing Education, PGIMER Chandigarh.  

PGIMER Nursing 2025 counselling is expected to be conducted in an offline way. Candidates who get the minimum qualifying marks will be considered for the counselling phase based on the PGIMER BSc Nursing result 2025.

PGIMER 2025 Counselling Dates

Counselling for MD/MS/MDS/House Job

Candidates who qualify for the written exam will have to go through personal counselling. To participate, the candidates will have to fulfil the cut off points set by the conducting authority. Candidates who are absent on the day of the counselling will not be considered. 

Candidates who do not get the subject of their choice in the first and second rounds of counselling can also attend the third and fourth rounds to get the preferred subject. Candidates will not have to pay any penalty fee.

PGIMER Counselling 2025 Process

The PGIMER Counselling 2025 process has various steps.

Choice Filling: The candidates must visit the official website and log in with their login credentials. They must choose the respective course and must 'Lock and Submit' the choices.

Seat Allotment: The PGIMER seat matrix for allotment will be according to the availability of the seats in the respective courses. The candidates will also be given seats based on their merit position. The seat allotment list will be released, and all the selected candidates will proceed to further rounds according to the PGIMER counselling result.

Reporting: The candidates must report to a particular venue at a given time. They must be present with all the original documents. The candidates must also pay the course fee of one year to confirm their admission. After that, they have to start their duties immediately.
