IIIT Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The IIIT M.Tech admission eligibility criteria are the points given below that will help the candidates to know if they are eligible to participate in the CCMT counselling process.

The candidates must have the adequate GATE score cutoff for IIIT.
The OC/OBC category candidates must at least have a minimum of 60% (which is 6.5 out of 10) CGPA in their B.E or B.Tech courses from any recognized institution.
The SC/ST category candidates must at least have a minimum of 55% (which is 6.0 out of 10) CGPA in their B.E or B. Tech courses from any recognized institution.
