Kerala NEET Merit List 2023 will be released by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala. Kerala NEET Merit List 2023 Tie Breaking Criteria

To resolve situations like that of two or more candidates securing the same merit rank, the following tie-breaking criteria are used to decide which candidate gets awarded the higher position in the Kerala NEET merit list 2023. 

1. The candidate with better marks in Biology will be considered first. 
2. The Chemistry marks will be considered next if the tie still exists. 
3. If the tie still doesn’t get resolved, the candidate with a lesser number of incorrect responses will be given the higher rank. 
4. If the tie exists even after following the above three criteria, the older candidate among them gets to keep the higher rank. 

Kerala NEET 2023 Counselling

The dates for the Kerala NEET counselling 2023 will be announced for the candidates who have secured a place in the rank list. Further, they will be eligible for admission to the state’s MBBS, BDS and other medical courses. 

The eligible candidates will have to fill in their college and course preferences online to proceed further. Kerala NEET 2023 admission to candidates will be provided based on influencing factors such as the candidate’s merit, category, the state’s reservation policy and seat availability in the participating medical colleges and universities.
