NEET result 2024 revised link was released on Jul 26, 2024. NTA made the revised NEET UG 2024 scorecards available on exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. NTA released the NEET 2024 merit list on Jul 26, 2024. NEET 2024 score change was made in response to the Supreme Court's decision to revoke the extra marks on the controversial Physics question.
According to the updated merit list, the total number of NEET 2024 toppers has decreased to 17. According to the revised NEET 2024 merit list, 13,15,853 applicants qualified for the exam from a total of 23,33,162 test takers.
On Jul 26, 2024, NTA also released the updated NEET 2024 final answer keys, which state that Option 4 of the contentious NEET 2024 Physics question is accurate, rather than both options 2 and 4 being correct. The revised NEET 2024 cutoff has reduced each category's score by two points.
Only candidates who chose Option 4 for that question received 4 points, while all other options received a -1 point. On the other hand, no points were granted or withheld for individuals who did not attempt the question. Notably, up to 44 individuals received full grades of 720 after earning the additional marks.

NEET Result: Validity of NEET Scores
Qualifying for the NEET exam is a mandatory criterion for admission to reputed Medical Colleges across India and foreign universities. NEET Result Toppers 2024
On Jul 26, 2024, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the much-anticipated NEET-UG admission exam final results. It was an unexpected turn of events since there were only 17 NEET-UG toppers left from the 61 stated in the earlier updated results. NEET Result Tie-Breaking Criteria
Tie-breaking factors determine the All India Rank in the NEET result 2024 when two or more applicants have the same score. - Biology Scores: In the NEET 2024 results, those with better scores will be preferred.

What After NEET 2024 Result?
After the NEET UG 2024 result is declared, the qualified candidates must register to participate in the counselling process conducted by MCC to fill up the 15% seats under the All India Quota. The counselling process will be conducted for all the qualified candidates except those from Jammu and Kashmir.
