JCECE 2024 Counselling Highlights
Candidates must visit the official website @jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in for the online JCECE 2024 counselling process. The counselling is being held across three rounds with the main target being allotting students their seats in the first round. Candidates who were not allocated seats in round 3 can participate in the JCECE counselling special round.
JCECE seat allocation will be based on candidates' preferences. Applicants can select any institute in which they want to pursue their education. Each participating institute has its eligibility criteria.
To participate in JCECE 2024 counselling, candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will have to pay a counselling fee of INR 400. Candidates belonging to the ST/ SC category must pay INR 250 as a counselling fee. The fee will be paid through a bank challan which can then be downloaded from the official website itself.

JCECE 2024 Counselling Process - Round 1
Merit List: JCECEB will prepare a merit list based on the exam results.
Documents Verification: All submitted documents will be verified by the JCECEB. Candidates will have to submit valid documents.
Course Selection: Candidates can choose a course and an institute as per their preference and secure merit. If any candidate wishes to change either the course or institute, they can enroll for JCECE’s second round of counselling.
JCECE 2024 Counselling Process - Round 2
Vacant Seats: After the 1st round of counselling, if seats remain vacant then the 2nd round of counselling will be conducted to fill those seats.
Change of Institute/ Course: The candidates who got admission in the 1st round of counselling can also participate in this round if they wish to change their institute or course.
Note: Candidates will not have to physically go to any counselling centre.
