NEET 2025 Application Form

• The application form for NEET 2024 is available to candidates on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Select the "Registration" link. Fill in the essential fields in the space provided. Students must enter all the necessary details, then save the draft for final submission.
• Next, students have to upload the photograph and signature in the required specifications. 
• Now, pay the application fee to complete the process of application for NEET 2025.
• Then, candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page.
• Upon completion of the fee payment, aspirants need to download and print the completed NEET application form 2024 for future purpose.

NEET 2025 Application Fee

Students need to pay the fees to complete the NEET 2025 application form. The fees can be paid either online or offline mode.

Documents Required for NEET 2025 Application Form

• Name of the Student
• Father/Mother's Name
• Date of Birth
• Valid Address
• Contact Details like Mobile Number and Email ID
• Scanned passport-size photograph with a white background
• Scanned signature of the student in blue or black ink
• Aadhaar (the last four digits), a bank account, an election card (EPIC no.), a ration card, a passport, and any other legitimate government identity card number are examples of genuine ID proof.

NEET 2025 Admit Card

The NEET admit card will be released by the NTA. To download the hall ticket, students must enter their login details. Candidates must enter their security pin, date of birth, and registration number to get access to their NEET 2025 hall ticket. 

The admit card is an important document as then only students are allowed to enter the exam hall. The NEET admit card includes all exam-related information, candidate details, and the exam center. Candidates should carefully review all the information listed on their NTA NEET test admit card, and they must bring a valid ID proof on the exam day.

NEET 2025 Answer Key

NEET answer key is released after the successful conduction of the exam. It is published in a pdf format on the official website. After the release of the answer key, students can also raise the objection against the same is needed.

Once all the challenges are submitted, the final answer key is declared. No objection can be raised for the final NEET answer key. With the help of the NEET answer key, students can know their probable marks.

NEET 2025 Result

NTA declares the NEET result for the students who have appeared for the exam in online mode on its official website, neet.nta.nic.in. To download the scorecard, students need to enter their registration number and date of birth. The NEET scorecard is released for all the students who appear for the exam. 

The merit list is also published after the declaration of the result. Only applicants who selected the 15% All India Quota seats on their application form are included in this list. Counseling would be provided for the remaining applicants in accordance with their All India Ranks.

NEET 2025 Counselling

The NEET counselling registration is expected to start in July 2025 on the official website. Eligible candidates must register for the counselling process before the deadline.

Based on their NEET minimum qualifying marks, candidates would be considered for admission. College selection will be permitted to candidates throughout the NTA NEET UG counselling procedure. However, the seat distribution will be determined based on the availability.
