LEET Counselling 2023: Dates, Registration, Seat Allotment

LEET counselling 2023 dates will be announced soon on the official website. Haryana LEET 2023 Counselling is conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). Applicants who have cleared and ranked in the Haryana LEET Exam can attend the counselling by registering themselves by paying Haryana LEET 2023 Counselling fees. There will be two rounds of counselling and a third round will be added if vacant seats are available. The counselling for LEET 2023 will begin after the results are delcared.

Haryana LEET Counselling 2023 Highlights

The counselling of Haryana LEET 2023 is conducted via online mode by HSTES. All candidates are required to pay the counselling fee for Haryana LEET 2023 via e-challan or CC/DC/Net-banking using an online payment gateway. The Haryana LEET counselling schedule is given below. 

Haryana LEET Counselling 2023 Process 

The counselling process has been made simple for all shortlisted candidates to follow. The process includes registration, payment of fee and document verification. The process is followed by seat allotment after choice and option entry based on candidate's preferences. The following points will throw light on the same. 

• Step 1: Candidates will have to register on the official website. The online mode of registration will remain the same for 2 rounds only. 
• Step 2: The candidate may change the registration details as required on this counselling website during the counselling period. 
• Step 3: Candidates who want to join the off-campus counselling will need to save the password as well as the ID generated.
• Step 4: Register by filling in all the details such as name, number, roll number, contact information, Adhaar Card information, Migration and Caste certificate details.
• Step 5: The page will be redirected to the choice filling where candidates can enter their preferences from the lot. After a few days, the allotment list will be published on the portal and sent to the candidates as well.
• Step 6: The Counselling fee is INR 500 for all candidates. This fee must be paid to validate the choice entered by candidates before the commencement of the first round of counselling. 
• Step 7: After the completion of the first counselling, the candidate needs to report to the appointed institution with all the required documents to ensure the admission.
• Step 8: Candidates need to deposit the admission fee to seal the admission in an institution if they are satisfied with the seat allotted to them. Candidates can upgrade their seats by waiting for the next round of counselling.

LEET 2023 Haryana Counselling Key Points

Certain key points are to be kep tin the mind of shortlisted candidates as they register for the counselling processes. 

• The candidates requesting admission under the Tuition Fee Waiver programme must register themselves for OLET for Lateral Entry LEET 2023 B.Tech .
• The selection and allotment of seats is done based on choice locking and entry as well as the merit basis which is the rank secured by the candidates. 
• Lateral entry eligibility include candidates with an Architecture diploma of 3 years as well. 
• Admission fee is to be deposited within the stipulated time. 

LEET 2023 Counselling Rounds

• Round 1 of counselling shall be done for all categories i.e, KM, HOGC, TFW, AIC, BC-A, BC-B, PH, ESM, SC and FF of all categories with 25% Horizontal Female reservation. 
• Round 2 of counselling shall be done for all categories namely BC (by merging BC-B and BC-A in BC), KM, HOGC, AIC, TWF, ESM (by merging all ESM), FF, and PH with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.

Note: 

• In case the candidate wishes to appear in the 2nd counselling then need to fill the priority choices again on the official website
• After the 2nd round of counselling, there will not be any online counselling.

LEET 2023 Seat Allotment

Candidates will be able to check Haryana LEET seat allotment result by logging in to the exam portal of the official website. They would be required to enter the roll number and other credentials. The students will then receive a provisional allotment letter which will have some details such as specified date and time to report, name of allotted institute and more.

Documents Required for Haryana LEET 2023 Counselling Procedure

As mentioned, there will be a round of document verification which will take place during the time of admissions through counselling. Candidates are required to produce the list of documents as applicable to them from the points below. 

• Original mark sheets of all applicant's past academic exams.
• Reservation category certificate (Ex-servicemen, Kashmiri migrant, OBC, SC/ST).
• Domicile certificate.
• ID proof or any photo identity that is acceptable by government standards
• Income certificate of parents
• Residence proof documents
• Medical fitness certificate
• Admit card of Haryana LEET 2023 examination.
• Character certificate
• 3 sets of above documents xeroxed and attested by a Gazetted Officer.
