LEET eligibility criteria 2023 will be be announced by The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). An applicant must know the eligibility standards before applying for Haryana LEET 2023 Exam. The candidates who wish to appear for the Haryana LEET Exam are expected to fulfill the eligibility criteria issued by the HSTES before applying online.
LEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for Haryana LEET Exam 2023 B.Tech/B.Arch(Lateral Entry) are as follows:

Qualification |
Candidates should have passed Part 1 of B.Sc/B. Tech or have a Diploma in Engineering/Technology from Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE) or any equivalent board. |
Nationality |
Candidate must be an Indian national or Person of Indian Origin or Overseas citizen of India. |
Marks Requirement |
General candidates must have scored at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. |
Migrants |
A quota is also reserved for Kashmiri migrants who are allowed up to 10% cut-off relaxation as their eligibility criteria. These seats for Kashmiri migrants will be filled as per a supernumerary basis as per inter-se-merit of the percentage for the last qualifying examination. |
Compulsory Subjects |
He/she must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for taking Haryana LEET 2023 and to satisfy the eligibility criteria. |
B.Sc Candidates |
A candidate with a B.Sc 1st Year degree must have studied Engineering Drawing/Engineering Graphics at the same level as other subjects of 2nd year to fulfil the eligibility criteria. |
B.Arch Candidates |
For those looking to get admission into the B.Arch programme through Haryana LEET 2023, a certificate of qualification of part 1 in Architecture Engineering is the eligibility criteria. |
Reserved Candidates |
Reserved quota candidates need to have scored 40% in the qualifying examination. |
The person with Disability |
Physically Handicapped candidates this marks stands at 45% as their eligibility criteria. |
Lateral Entry |
According to AICTE norms, a maximum of 20% seats sanctioned for candidates must be available for lateral entry into these streams via Haryana LEET 2023. |

The candidate is not allowed to take Haryana LEET Exam 2023 if he/she fails to fulfil the Haryana LEET 2023 Eligibility.

Note:
- Kashmiri migrants (candidates) are considered as a special category, according to the LEET Exam 2023 and they are required to submit the original migration certificate at duly signed by the competent authority or relief commissioner, at the time of document verification.
- Candidates whose annual income is less than 6 lakhs, can claim reservation under the tuition fee waiver scheme and must submit the income certificate at the time of document verification, duly signed by the competent authority.
