    NEET SS 2024 exam dates have been released and it will be tentatively conducted on Mar 29 - 30, 2025.

NEET SS eligibility criteria 2024 had to be checked before applying for the entrance test. The National Board of Examination (NBE) states the eligibility criteria for DMMCh/ DNB programs on the official web portal.

The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB/Equivalent) from a recognized institution. Candidates who obtained their postgraduate degree on or before Sep 30, 2024, are eligible for the NEET SS 2024. He or she must be registered with the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council.

Candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria can not appear for the test. Applicants for the exam had to proceed with the filling of NEET SS application form 2024 after satisfying the specified criteria

NEET SS Eligibility Criteria 2024

The candidates must check all the latest exam updates on the official web portal. Candidates had to satisfy the NEET SS eligibility criteria 2024 before appearing for the exam. Check the eligibility for different programs offered by the conducting authorities below.

  • Applicants must possess a PG certificate (DNB/ DM/ MCh) or equivalent examination certificate.
  • Test takers who complete their PG are eligible to appear for the test on or before Sep 5, 2024.
  • Test takers are required to have provisional/permanent certification issued by MCI (Medical Council of India) or SMC (State Medical Council) for registration. It must be noted that it can also be issued on the test date by the authorities.

NEET SS Eligibility for Foreign Nationals (FN) 

Test takers from foreign countries could apply for the specialty programs after the NEET SS eligibility criteria 2024 get fulfilled for the exam.

  • To appear for NEET SS, foreign nationals do not require any registration certificate issued by MCI but from any medical council of their particular states.
  • Aspirants will be issued temporary registration until their postdoctoral degree is obtained by them.
  • Aspirants’ admissions into the courses will be limited to the institution/colleges candidates will enter.

MAH MCA CET Reservation Policy

According to Petition (C) No. 350 of the Constitution Branch of the Indian Supreme Court 1998 for DM and MCh programs, there is no allocation of seats for super specialization. Candidates of different categories will be allotted seats in equal ratios.
