KEAM Counselling 2025 process will be conducted online on the official website. Candidates who qualify for the KEAM results 2025 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
Candidates will be able to register for the online KEAM 2025 counselling tentatively from July 2025. The process will comprise several rounds. Further, each round will consist of various stages.
Candidates will be required to register, fill in preferences, accept seat allocation, verify documents, make the fee payment and report to their respective colleges. KEAM 2025 Counselling
KEAM counselling 2025 registrations will tentatively begin from July 2025. Students must begin the KEAM 2025 counselling process by registering themselves online.
The direct application link for KEAM counselling 2025 will be posted on the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in. Only candidates who make it to the KEAM merit list 2025 will be able to register for the counselling.

KEAM Counselling 2025 Dates
Candidates must check all the dates related to KEAM counselling 2025. The official KEAM dates 2025 for counselling will be released after the announcement of the KEAM results 2025. Till then, candidates can check the tentative date list shared below:

Steps to Register for KEAM Counselling 2025
The KEAM counselling will consist of several steps. Candidates must be familiar with each one of them to ensure they successfully gain admission to a KEAM participating college 2025. The steps to register for KEAM counselling 2025 are below:
Step 1: Registration
Candidates will have to log in using their KEAM 2025 roll number and application number. After logging in, the candidates will have to submit their key number and password. The key number is a 16-digit alphanumeric code that is provided to the registered candidates on the security card.
Step 2: Selection of Courses and Colleges
After successfully logging in, candidates can check the list of participating colleges and courses, which will be displayed on a screen. The candidates will have an option to select colleges from the available options in the order of preference. It is recommended to fill in as many choices as possible to have a better chance of admission.
The options selected by the candidates will be visible on the screen. Click on the "Save" button to save the selection. Double-check the order of preference as allotment of seats during counselling will be done accordingly.
Step 3: Filter Option
Candidates have the option of filtering the choices entered by using the edit button and adding or dropping a course or college as per their preference. Once done, submit the form. After the submission of the choices, the candidates will be able to review the selection.
The candidate is advised to take the print-out of the filled details at the time of counselling for further usage.
Steps to Submit NATA Scores for KEAM 2025
Candidates can submit their NATA scores for B.Arch admission online through the official website. Follow the steps mentioned below to submit the NATA score for KEAM 2025.
- Step 1: Visit the official website of KEAM 2025.
- Step 2: Click on the Link "Submission of NATA MArks for B.Arch Admission 2025".
- Step 3: Tap the candidates portal tab and enter the required credentials to log in.
- Step 4: Click the mark submission button on the redirected page after logging in.
- Step 5: Follow the instruction given on the screen and fill in all the required details for NATA 2023 scores and 12th marks obtained.
- Step 6: Upload the documents in a PDF format and click on the submit button.
Steps to Make KEAM 2025 Application Correction
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to make corrections in the KEAM 2025 counselling application.
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the KEAM 2025 Candidate Portal on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, following the instructions given, and input their KEAM 2025 Application Number and Password.
- Step 2: Candidates will be able to confirm the personal information and other features on the profile after logging in. Candidates who make mistakes on their application forms can view them by selecting the appropriate option from the menu under "Memo Details" on their profile page.
- Step 3: Students who will make revisions must make sure to upload all necessary documentation in the applications before the deadline.
Note: Additionally, students should be aware that no further time will be granted to make changes to the application form. It should be mentioned that the officials will shortly release the schedule for NRI applicants to make revisions to the application form.

KEAM 2025 Mop Up Counselling
CEE Kerala will publish the KEAM 2025 mop-up allotment list on their official website for filing in the vacant seats. The allotment memo will be available in the 'Candidate Portal'.
The details of the mop-up allotment of a candidate, such as a name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment, fee details, etc., are available on the allotment memo.
If any stray vacancies exist in the MBBS/BDS course after the Mop of the allotment, they will be filled up through Stray Vacancy filling as per the guidelines issued by the CEE.
Those candidates who are already admitted to the MBBS/BDS course through the previous allotment or those candidates who were allotted through mop-up allotment will not be considered for Stray Vacancy allotment.
KEAM 2025 Documents Required for Verification
The documents required for verification during the counselling process have been listed below.

- Result Sheet of KEAM 2025
- 6 Passport-size photographs of the candidate
- Migration Certificate
- Physical Fitness Certificate
- Fees receipt issued by the bank
- Eligibility Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Allotment Memo issued by the CEE
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
- Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued)
- Original mark list of D-Pharm. Part-I and Part-II examinations and Diploma in Pharmacy certificate(if applicable)
- Eligibility certificate from the University of Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.
- Any other documents required by the Head of Institution.

KEAM 2025 Counselling Certificates
The certificates required for the KEAM 2025 counselling process are below:

What After KEAM 2025 Seat Allotment?
Once candidates have finished the seat allotment procedure and all the seats have been allotted, they have to report to the respective colleges. Candidates have to report to these candidates along with their documents and confirm their admission.
Candidates will also have to pay their course fees as prescribed by the University during admissions.
